Crushed with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26º C and prolonged skin contact. 6 month time period in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Garnet Color. Intense dominant wild berry and red berry jam aromas and a subtle toasted and spiced aroma. Fruity flavor, soft, well structured, harmonious and with a distinct persistence.

It pairs well with seasoned red meats, wild game meat and well-structured cheeses. Consume at 18ºC.
