Crushing with total destemming and extended and soft skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 12 months in French oak barrels.
Intense garnet colour with violet hues. Fruity bouquet, predominantly ripe cherry with nuances of forest fruits and floral aromas. Soft aftertaste in the mouth, harmonious and distinct aftertaste.
Roasted white or red meats or stews, cured cheeses.
