Crushing with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26º C and extended skin maceration. 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Violaceous colour. Intense and complex predominantly floral notes, red fruit jam, cassis, toasted, fine tobacco, and spicy nuances. Complex, it is harmonious with a flagrant aftertaste and structure that gives it longevity.
Serve with stewed or roasted red meats, game, and well-structured cheeses. Serve at 18º.
