Crushing with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC and extended skin maceration. 6 months in French oak Barrels.

Intense ruby color. Fruity, predominantly fresh red fruits, spices, and toasted notes. Soft, elegant, and harmonious.

Perfect for serving with soft cheeses, fish, and white and red meat delicacies of moderate Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 18ºC.
