Crushing with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC and extended skin maceration. 9 months in french oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Garnet colour. Forest fruits bouquet, red fruits jam and toasted and spicy nuances. Fruity it is harmonious with a flagrant aftertaste.
Served with white and read roasted meats and cured cheeses. Serve at 18ºC.
