Crushing with total destemming, extended and soft skin maceration at 26ºC. 6 months in French oak barrels.

Garnet colour. Intense in very ripe red fruits, jam of the same fruit, and toasted nuances. Fruity, soft, elegant, and harmonious.

Served well with Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian, and African delicacies. Serve at 18ºC.
