Total destemming, soft maceration, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification at 15ºC. 4 months in bottle.
Citrus colour. Predominantly floral notes such as lime tree and orange blossom. It also has tropical nuances. Fruity, fresh, pleasant volume in mouth, harmonious and long aftertaste.
As a apéritif, serve with not very seasoned fish and white meat delicacies. Serve at 8ºC.
