Crushed with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26º C and prolonged skin contact. 6 month time period in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Garnet Color. Intense dominant wild berry aromas with a subtle toasted and spiced aroma giving it a considerable complexity. Fruity flavor, harmonious and with a distinct persistence.
It pairs well with delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine. Consume at 18º C.
