Red Wine 2015 | D.O.P. | Alentejo
Crushing with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC and extended skin maceration. Aging in french oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Garnet colour. Intense in forest fruits, jam of red fruits and toasted and spices nuances. Fruity, soft, elegant, structured, harmonious and with a soft aftertaste in the mouth.
Served well with Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African delicacies. Serve at 18ºC.
